Morton's Menu Update

Hey Everyone!
I am getting really excited about our luncheon and have some updates regarding the menu.  Morton's and I are working closely to make this a wonderful and elegant experience, please let me know if there is any significant food allergy I should be made aware of.  Please do not forget that I need your $30 (cash only) by May 10th, otherwise I will have to retract your reservation confirmation.

There are just a couple of spaces left, before I reach capacity. Please, if you have not confirmed on your invitation do so immediately.

Salads

• Mixed Field Greens, Dijon Vinaigrette Dressing, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Sliced Apples & Walnuts 
• Caesar Salad, Classic Dressing
• Morton’s Salad, Morton’s Blue Cheese Dressing, Chopped Egg & Anchovies

Soup

• Lobster Bisque, Finished with a touch of Brandy 
• Baked Five Onion Soup, Crusted with Jarlsberg Cheese

• Grilled Ribeye Steak, with Garlic Butter and Mashed Potatoes 
• Grilled Colossal Shrimp and Sea Scallops, with Grilled Vegetables served with Beurre Blanc Sauce over Sautéed Spinach 
• Grilled Northwest King Salmon, with Sautéed Garlic Green Beans 
• Chicken Christopher, with Garlic and Shallot Bread Crumbs, sautéed and served with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce and Mashed Potatoes
