I am getting really excited about our luncheon and have some updates regarding the menu. Morton's and I are working closely to make this a wonderful and elegant experience, please let me know if there is any significant food allergy I should be made aware of. Please do not forget that I need your $30 (cash only) by May 10th, otherwise I will have to retract your reservation confirmation.
There are just a couple of spaces left, before I reach capacity. Please, if you have not confirmed on your invitation do so immediately.

- Grilled Northwest King Salmon, with Sautéed Garlic Green Beans
- Chicken Christopher, with Garlic and Shallot Bread Crumbs, sautéed and served with Garlic Beurre Blanc Sauce and Mashed Potatoes
